ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor to join our client, a leading specialist in piling, shoring walls, and basement construction. Renowned for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality foundation solutions, our client works on some of the most complex earthworks projects in Australia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee piling operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Supervise piling crews, enforcing compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless site operations. Inspect and manage piling equipment and materials, ensuring readiness and availability. Maintain accurate records of piling works, site activities, and project milestones. Provide practical, hands-on leadership and resolve site issues promptly to keep projects on track. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects. Extensive expertise in piling and ground engineering techniques. Proficiency with methods including CFA, Kelly piles, Bored piles, Driven piles, and Diaphragm walls. Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards. Proven track record of working effectively with Project Managers to achieve project outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
