The team is sharp, grounded, and deeply invested in what they build — with a strong pipeline ahead and a high-performing leadership group at the helm. Despite their growth, the culture remains close-knit and personal. Their stunning Sydney office (right above Wynyard Station) is home to a small team with strong tenure — and even includes chef-prepared team lunches every Tuesday and Thursday. About the Role This is a trusted, hands-on Personal Assistant role primarily supporting the Managing Directors, key senior leaders, and members of the family. You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of executive support, ensuring their professional and personal lives run smoothly. While your core focus will be on the executive level, you'll also manage a small component of office and event coordination. There’s no email triage or red tape here. Instead, you’ll be across everything from complex travel bookings and intricate family logistics to supplier wrangling, and some light office operations that keep things running seamlessly. You'll be relied on to use your judgement, take initiative, and bring a sense of care and polish to every interaction — whether you're helping book an overseas trip or organising a Friday drinks function in the office. What You’ll Be Doing Organise personal and business-related travel and accommodation — including multi-leg international itineraries for the family and executives. Provide light diary support to MDs and family members, managing their schedules effectively. Coordinate personal logistics for family members (e.g., house renovations, storage solutions, private events, personal appointments). Liaise with suppliers, review quotes, and skillfully negotiate or push back when needed for executive and family-related services. Coordinate staff onboarding and internal training schedules, ensuring a smooth welcome for new team members. Organise internal events and guest visits (e.g., Friday drinks, team functions, and larger events like Christmas parties). Oversee front-of-house operations, including supporting and guiding the receptionist to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. This Role Is For You If You’ve worked closely with founders, private business leaders, or family offices and love being the trusted go-to You’re polished, perceptive, and detail-oriented — but also hands-on and happy to get things done yourself You instinctively spot what’s missing, fix it before anyone asks, and don’t settle for the first quote or workaround You’re tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and travel/booking platforms This Role Isn’t For You If You come from a highly corporate background focused on inbox and email management You prefer a narrow remit or rigid structure — this is a varied, self-directed role You need hybrid flexibility — this position is 100% based in the Sydney CBD office What’s On Offer Beautiful office above Wynyard Station with high-end fit-out Chef-cooked lunches every Tuesday and Thursday Inclusive, high-performing team with strong values and low turnover Salary circa $120k packaging bonus potential (commensurate with experience) Ready to Apply?
