Overview About the Role We’re excited to announce we have created and are recruiting for a new position, titled Performance Coordinator, to our Workers Compensation team! As a Performance coordinator, you’ll oversee effective task management by allocating and monitoring task completion, tracking performance metrics, and overseeing escalations to minimise delays within the Workers Compensation Team. You will analyse workflow data, implement process improvements, and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency. Your role supports operational effectiveness, ensuring timely and accurate task execution while driving compliance and continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact Key responsibilities: Ensuring key business tasks are initiated and actioned within required timeframes. Monitoring outstanding requests, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and track completion to meet deadlines. Managing workflow allocation to prioritise critical activities and maintain efficiency. Developing and overseeing escalation processes to address delays and mitigate compliance risks. Providing regular reporting on task completion, timeliness, and areas for improvement. Acting as a liaison between teams to address workflow dependencies and enhance efficiency. Monitoring task transfers between teams to ensure timely action. Maintaining accurate task tracking systems, identifying and addressing bottlenecks. Reviewing and monitoring cancellations or delays, implementing strategies to minimise disruptions.
