People Support The People Support Team partners effectively with all staff to resolve a range of sensitive and complex staffing matters. These matters include performance management, inappropriate behaviours, grievances, workers' compensation and injury management. About the Role As part of the People Support team, the purpose of the Support Coordinator position is to support the team in meeting its legislative obligations in record management, administrative coordination, triage of queries received with sound judgement, discretion and sensitivity, and the management of general advice case matters. The Support Coordinator will also undertake other tasks that contribute to business improvement practices as reasonably required. The successful candidate will work in a small team and must be self-directed and able to work flexibly across a broad range of subject matter. The key duties of the position include Undertake procedural and administrative support to assist in the efficient and effective delivery of case management services including the triaging of case related matters, and management of email correspondence through a centralised mailbox and service desk. Provide accurate, appropriate and timely advice on a range of sensitive HR matters. Manage less complex cases including arranging workstation assessments, sourcing and purchasing ergonomic equipment, implementation of assessment recommendations, liaising with rehabilitation providers and monitoring costs. Support the team in ensuring records management obligations are met with the accurate creation and maintenance of files with discretion and sound judgement. Maintain a high standard of confidentially and privacy, and escalating queries appropriately. Contribute to administrative tasks such as reporting, case updates, briefs for the Executive and broader team projects. Assist in the implementation of case management programs and initiatives including events and awareness raising. Assist with tasks associated with the successful establishment and promotion of the case management team. Maintain consistent and effective records and produce accurate data and reports via proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. Manage procurement processes for case management related service providers and equipment suppliers. Provide secretariat support for various meetings as required. Assist in reviewing and developing policies, procedures, checklists, guidance material and intranet content.
