The key duties of the position include We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Director to lead our Payroll and Establishments Team. This rare and exciting opportunity will enable you to demonstrate and apply your payroll and organisational data governance expertise across a large government agency. As a Payroll and Establishments Director, you will engage with senior management, payroll community and clients to lead strategic initiatives, drive and implement business improvement, and resolve complex issues impacting the ATO and other government agencies. You will lead multiple teams, playing a key leadership role in managing business objectives and priorities. You'll be responsible for overseeing team performance, building capability, and ensuring timely and high quality delivery of work. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to resolving complex challenges across the broader Australian Public Service payroll community.
