About the Role: As a Parts Interpreter , you’ll be a key link between our workshop, customers, and suppliers. Your responsibilities include: Interpreting, quoting, and selling genuine BMW parts and accessories Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates Assisting technicians at the counter with timely supply of parts Supporting profitability by implementing best practice purchasing and selling procedures Providing daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered or early arriving parts What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in a similar parts interpreter role (automotive preferred) Relevant trade qualification is highly regarded Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability Proficient IT and systems knowledge with great attention to detail A collaborative mindset and strong team ethic A current, valid Driver’s License Ready to Shift Gears?
