About Us We are a dynamic property management company in Victoria, specializing in managing Rooming Houses across Melbourne and regional VICTORIA. Our mission is two fold: To provide secure, affordable, and compliant housing for tenants in need, including workers, students, and patients. To deliver consistent cashflow and high-quality service to our landlord partners. We are now expanding and looking for a Partnership Manager to drive occupancy through direct partnerships with key organizations that need reliable accommodation solutions. Role Overview As the Partnership Manager, you will lead efforts to secure long-term corporate and institutional partnerships with: Hospitals and healthcare providers Clinics and community health centers Infrastructure and construction companies Training organizations, education providers, and employment agencies Your role is to be the bridge between our accommodation solutions and the organizations that need them for their staff, clients, or contractors. Key Responsibilities Research and identify organizations in need of short- or long-term accommodation for clients or employees. Initiate and manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and in-person visits. Pitch our housing model, pricing, and benefits. Develop and formalize referral agreements, partnerships, or service arrangements. Work with our leasing team to ensure seamless onboarding of tenants. Track leads, pipeline activity, and occupancy results in CRM or reporting tools. Represent the brand at relevant events, expos, and community forums. Who You Are Strong B2B networker and relationship-builder, ideally with contacts in healthcare, construction, or social services. Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Comfortable working autonomously and meeting occupancy targets. Understanding of property, housing, or rooming house operations (preferred but not essential).
