Job description Part-Time Award: SCHADS Level 4 Location: Blue Mountains, NSW Join a purpose-driven, family-friendly organisation making a real difference in the lives of children and families. Gateway Family Services is seeking a qualified and compassionate counsellor to join our multi-disciplinary Expressive Therapies team, providing trauma-informed therapeutic support to children and their families across the Blue Mountains and Penrith regions. This is a part-time role (14 hours per week) with flexible working arrangements, ideal for someone passionate about early intervention, child wellbeing, and community impact. You’ll be part of a supportive, values-led team with access to regular external clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, and salary packaging benefits. We’re looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in counselling, social work, or a related field, and experience working with vulnerable families and communities.
