PDR Technician - Join Our Team (Full-Time, On-Site) We’re looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our high-volume automotive business. You’ll be based at one location, handling all dents for our vehicles an estimated 10-15 cars per day depending on the number of dents per car. What We Offer: Hourly rate: $60-$70 (based on experience) Steady, predictable workflow, no chasing jobs, quotes, or payments Be part of a supportive, professional team environment No customer management or admin we handle all of that Modern, well-equipped facility and great working conditions Your Role: Perform high-quality PDR work on our used and retail stock, including hail repairs Maintain efficiency to meet daily KPI targets for work volume and quality Work closely with our reconditioning and quality control teams to keep turnaround times tight What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a PDR technician (hail repair experience preferred) High attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing standards Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player Why Join Us?
