Join Eyes2Learn Optometrists in Charlestown, a leading Behavioral optometry practice catering to children and adults with visual function and processing dysfunctions. About the Position: Work 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday from 9-5pm. Provide excellent patient care and retail assistance Assist with practice administrative and reception tasks Manage HICAP, EFTPOS, and Medicare claims Support optical dispenser with frame and lens selection, measurements, and orders Troubleshoot spectacles, conduct repairs, and manage warranties Skills and Experience: Minimum 12 months optical or retail experience Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable optical frames Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Friendly demeanor, particularly with children About You: Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Manage time effectively without compromising customer experience Utilize critical thinking and product knowledge to solve customer vision problems Build strong rapport with team members and management Driven to achieve results through excellent customer service Requirements: Current Working with Children check Police Check Current NSW Driver’s Licence About the Practice: Discover the perfect frames amidst our extensive high-end selection, conveniently located outside a bustling shopping center.
