They are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their NSW residential construction division. The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all operational functions across construction, procurement, quality, and customer service. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard. What You’ll Be Doing Leading Area Supervisors, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance teams Driving workflow efficiency and aligning performance with strategic and financial targets Ensuring WHS, quality and compliance requirements are met Developing supplier relationships and overseeing procurement timelines Playing a key role in executive planning and cross-department collaboration Supporting recruitment and capability building across your team About You Proven leadership experience in volume or high-end residential construction Strong operational and financial acumen NSW Builder’s Licence (or the ability to obtain) Excellent stakeholder and team management skills A solutions-focused, collaborative approach Why Apply?
