Quest Asset Partners Pty Ltd was established in 2004 in Milsons Point. Quest manages Australian equities on behalf of wholesale clients; this includes large superannuation funds as well as high net worth investors. We are a small but dynamic team and offer a supportive and friendly work environment. Quest is seeking a Part-time Operations and Compliance Officer to work approximately 4 to 8 hours a week (days and hours are negotiable). This role is for someone with Compliance experience who wants employment on a part time basis. As Operations and Compliance Officer you will work with our Operations and Compliance Manager on the day to day compliance requirements as well as assist with daily operations and management of the office. Key responsibilities would include: · Daily Compliance sign offs to ensure adherence to client mandates · Monitoring trading activities · Reconciliations · Maintain compliance registers · General Operational administration · Diary and travel management Ideally you will have: · Strong appreciation of the importance of a robust compliance environment · A minimum of two years' experience in a support function within financial services · High level of accuracy and attention to detail · Strong computer skills; including advanced skills in Microsoft Office, experience with accounting packages or IRESS will be well regarded. · Excellent organisational and time management skills · Confidence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels · Ability to work without close supervision, make decisions and meet deadlines If you would like to find out more about the role please contact Mari-Anne Unger on questap.com.au or submit your resume online.
