How You'll Shape What's Possible: We are looking for a n Office Manager for a 12 month MAT leave contract . This role is part time ( 4 days pw ) and involves a broad scope of work and responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office along with supporting the other offices where . This is a hybrid role, requiring your attendance in the office for 3 days per week. This role involves employing initiative, prioritising and organisational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. How You’ll Make an Impact: Reception duties including calls, messages, and screening Manage subscriptions, memberships, and associations Administer the Altis Rewards program Oversee office supplies, equipment, facilities, and cleanliness across all offices Liaise with building management for office requirements Develop and implement office policies and procedures Coordinate travel, catering, and expense reconciliation Support People & Culture and Marketing with meetings, events, training, onboarding, and offboarding Provide recruitment administration support Promote a safe working environment Act as liaison between departments to support communication and collaboration Undertake other ad hoc duties as required The Knowledge You Bring: 2 years experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OneNote Experience with using SharePoint Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Strong verbal and written communication skill Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strong organisational and planning experience in a fast-paced environment Your Next Chapter Starts Here At Altis, we offer more than a job.
