Job Description Our highly successful Sydney North Office Leasing team is expanding, and we’re currently seeking a Leasing Executive to join us. Ideally, you’ll bring 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate. Reporting to the local Director, you’ll play a key role in the delivering tailored solutions to valued clients, while building on the momentum of a dominant team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include: Actively pursue new appointments, with a focus on both new and existing business relationships Contribute to the preparation of pitches and proposals Canvassing tenants to identify opportunities and generate demand Manage reporting and asset promotion activities Building and maintain strong relationships with clients Assist in maintaining a high integrity client database, including data entry of listings, contacts and transactions
