Typical responsibilities include: Completing assessments (physical injury, workplace, ergonomic, ADL, FCA) Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals Making referrals to external clinicians as needed Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomes) As a leading health service this company offers a fantastic new graduate program that is a combination of independent online modules, in person support and mentoring from an experienced Senior as well as great professional development.
