We currently have an opportunity within our Bondi store and are looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven 3IC - Associate Store Manager. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Our ideal applicant will have: Retail experience, with a background in sports/lifestyle retail highly regarded Exceptional leadership and communication skills A track record of utilising sales processes to achieve outstanding results Strong organisational skills Analytical and problem-solving skills A desire to challenge themselves to achieve company and personal objectives Passion for the Nike brand and an active lifestyle Key responsibilities: Lead, coach and inspire your team of athletes Lead by example to deliver a premium consumer experience, while coaching your team to provide our customers with outstanding, personalised service specific to their needs.
