We are looking for someone who can demonstrate : The ability to work as part of a team Experience in a similar role Commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction The ability to study and retain detailed product information Strong communication and organisational skills A current driver's license Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Ensuring customer service standards are met at all times; Working collaboratively with other departments including service, parts, finance and accessories; Achieving overall targets in terms of vehicle sales volume, gross profit, finance penetration, and customer experience metrics; Provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times; Representing Mazda Brand to the highest professional standards and in line with Artarmon Mazda values at all times.
