We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Australia as our National Account Manager in the Consumer Electronics - Home Appliances sales team. In this role, you will manage the relationship with our retail account partners and execute strategic account plans to drive growth. Role and Responsibilities Account Management & Planning D evelop and implement sales plans for sell-in/sell-out Lead Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plans , coordinating with cross-functional teams to align account strategies with market needs. Manage offline and online promotional plans , maximizing ROI and alignment with product strategies. Manage ranging, existing SKUs and the launch of new products within your account (including distribution, promotion, display and training plan) Manage regular forecasting with your account and the supply chain management team to ensure optimal forecast fulfilment and channel inventory level Retail Execution & Field Management Enhance retailer capability and drive in-store execution of retail strategy by planning promotional activities and executing product training programs for floor staff Set clear weekly priorities and direction for the field team that outlines requirements and updates for your retail stores Skills and Qualifications 5 years’ experience as a National Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and a hunger for sales Proven ability to achieve sales targets within set deadlines Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing and selling skills Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation What sets us apart from the rest?
