What you´ll do Execute key activation initiatives to support National Account Managers (NAMs), including prepack displays, catalogue features, end builds, and Woolworths Cartology elements, aligned to annual business plans. Lead the implementation of digital campaigns and strategies to enhance Woolworths’ online presence and shopper engagement. Provide ad-hoc data and financial analysis using tools like Aztec and Nielsen (training provided), supporting promotional and New Product Development performance tracking. Manage third-party field merchandising budgets and communications, ensuring smooth execution across all channels. Support administrative tasks such as claims management, investment tracking promotional portal entries, and documentation processes. Assist in the preparation of category and business reviews, including forecasting, sample coordination, and insights generation. Handle weekly tracking and reporting for catalogue performance, scan data actualisation via the IIS tool, and maintenance of range and distribution documents. Collaborate with the Category and Commercial teams to convert shelf strategy into Woolworths planograms and maintain effective use of the IIS tool across ANZ.
