They're now on the lookout for an experienced Minor Works Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of small-to-medium fire protection projects - from upgrades and retrofits to essential compliance-driven works. You'll liaise with clients, manage subcontractors, and ensure all work complies with relevant fire safety standards and codes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of minor works (hydrant, sprinkler, FIP upgrades, AFSS rectifications, tenant fit-outs, etc.) Lead site coordination, subcontractor management, and compliance documentation Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high level of service Ensure WHS, quality, and environmental procedures are upheld Work closely with estimating, service, and projects teams to streamline delivery About You Experience in fire protection project delivery or service/maintenance with exposure to minor works Strong knowledge of AS1851, BCA, and fire compliance regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to juggle multiple jobs while maintaining attention to detail Relevant qualifications in fire, construction, or project management are desirable If you are interested in the above role, please contact Lauren on 0405 725 985 for a confidential chat or hit the APPLY now button.
