Type: Permanent - 3, 4 or 5 days/week Location: Wagga Wagga Remuneration : $80-100k Super NFP Salary packaging benefits Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a well regarded NFP organisation to assist in the recruitment of a Mental Health Clinician on a full or part time permanent basis for their service in Wagga Wagga. Role In this role you will use your experience working with people that have experienced psychological issues to: Provide immediate intervention and support to consumers experiencing crisis or significant distress or at risk of suicide. Provide assessment and referral services Conduct wellbeing planning sessions and develop collaborative care plans with consumers Provide care coordination based on consumers' wellbeing plans Requirements Degree qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or related field Previous experience working with people requiring psychological support Ability to assess risk, and de-escalate situation Demonstrated skills and experience in providing holistic, evidence-based therapeutic supports Further info In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $80-100kk Super NFP Salary Packaging benefits.
