Great Working Environment Part-Time Position Located in Albury The Role We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist role to join our dedicated team at our Gardens Skin Cancer Centre on a Part-Time basis. The position requires 3-4 days per week, our operating times are Monday - Friday and candidates must be available to work between the times of 7:45am - 6:00pm. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for: Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing payments Managing phone and email queries Assisting in tidying up consult rooms General administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture Approachable, reliable and dependable Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients Authorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
