Marketing Specialist (Temporary, Part-time 3 days p/w) Join a collaborative communications and marketing team in this short-term (6~ week) role supporting brand and campaign delivery. About the Role Searson Buck is partnering with a local Hobart client in seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of internal and external communications, strategic brand marketing initiatives, and digital content. You'll help champion brand consistency and provide expert marketing support across various campaigns and platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver communications using audience-appropriate channels. Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned to business goals. Provide reporting and insights to support brand positioning. Manage digital assets and support content delivery across web and social channels. Liaise with internal stakeholders and respond to external brand enquiries. Collaborate with creative and media partners to execute marketing activities. What You’ll Bring A degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field. Strong experience in brand and content strategy, including digital and social media. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Confident communication and stakeholder management skills. A current driver licence is required.
