Description Marketing Assistant Salary: $55,500 Per Year Superannuation We have a fantastic opportunity for a marketing graduate or new marketer to join a results focused team in a hands-on role. You will work with three brands and implement a targeted marketing strategy to drive sales and build multiple brand profiles. You will be responsible for: Supporting the Senior Marketing Coordinator in achieving the strategic marketing goals the three brands. Contributing your creative design ideas to our marketing campaigns. Graphic design development for marketing material. Copywriting and communications for three brands. Video concepts, filming and full editing. Regular EDM marketing, newsletter production, and website content, layout and maintenance. DM marketing initiatives, sales conference management and other lead generating activities. Managing the social media strategy, content, and implementation for two of the three brands. CRM and marketing database management. Managing marketing and communications for new school partnership set up. Monthly reporting and monitoring of marketing outcomes. Competencies: Ability to demonstrate marketing and communications knowledge, understanding and experience. Proficiency in graphic design work, including intermediate skills using InDesign, Photoshop and Canva. Proficiency in video editing software, including Premier Pro. Demonstrated knowledge of WordPress, MailChimp, Trello, and Google Drive. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. A strong desire to assist and achieve in a competitive sector.
