We work with and for the Presbyterian Church in NSW and the ACT (PCNSW) to demonstrate the character of God by providing fresh hope and care for those who are in need, in a way that seeks justice, shows mercy, and makes Jesus known. The Role We are on the lookout for a dedicated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. Location: Hybrid - Allowah, Dundas Valley and work from home. Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time, 38 hours per week. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to undertake the following duties and more! Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to engage donors, churches, volunteers, and partners. Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Craft compelling stories that highlight the gospel impact of Jericho Road ministries. Oversee the development of newsletters, blogs, videos, and promotional materials. Ensure messaging reflects Biblical justice, mercy and making Jesus known. Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, website content, and email campaigns. Oversee SEO, analytics, and advertising to optimize reach and engagement. Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and Christian media platforms. Assist in developing partnerships with PCNSW churches, ministry leaders, and Christian organisations. Create and execute communication, marketing and fundraising strategies and activities that support Jericho Road objectives. Marketing & Communication strategy and planning – align with the Strategic Direction and Operational Plan. Manage a small team in achieving these objectives. Skills we’re looking for! 1. Dedication - Be committed to the mission of Jericho Road Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience in nonprofit marketing, Christian communications Strong writing, storytelling and campaign management skills Passion for justice, mercy and faith-based mission work Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Check Desirable Criteria A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Proven experience in nonprofit marketing or Christian ministry marketing and communications Strong leadership, storytelling and relationship-building skills If this sounds like you, apply today!
