Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and tender submissions. Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign and PowerPoint. Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes. Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims. Maintain CRM, electronic filing systems, and databases with precision.
