About the Role As Manager, Financial Crime Strategy and Compliance, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Tabcorp’s financial crime risk frameworks and policies. Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Strategy and Compliance, you’ll ensure our systems, policies and processes effectively manage AML/CTF risk. This is a hands-on, policy-focused role with scope to influence strategy, support senior leaders, and help shape the financial crime narrative across Tabcorp. Therefore, you will: Lead the maintenance and enhancement of Tabcorp’s AML/CTF Program, policy framework, and related documentationManage governance and reporting processes, including board and committee submissions, action tracking, and meeting coordinationConduct enterprise and supplementary risk assessments, and provide input on the AML/CTF treatment of products, services, and processesAnalyse risk data and performance metrics to generate insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-makingOversee the use of Tabcorp’s risk management systems (e.g. TRACS) for control testing, issue management, and incident trackingProvide expert advice and support to internal stakeholders, and contribute to internal and external reviews of financial crime frameworks About You You’re an experienced financial crime professional with a strong grasp of risk frameworks, governance practices, and policy development. You know how to navigate a complex regulatory environment, and your ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions sets you apart.
