This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data, technology, and problem-solving, with a desire to drive innovation and provide cutting-edge solutions in a collaborative environment. As an integral member of our team, you will focus on designing, developing, and delivering advanced analytical solutions using automation, data-driven insights, and the latest technologies. Your work will align with KPMG's LEAP strategy, a firm-wide approach focused on Leading Edge Automation and Processes to enhance efficiency, improve client outcomes, and drive innovation in the services we provide. Your Opportunity Working with the senior engagement team across multiple clients and projects Designing, building and optimising client analytical solutions Work closely with the analytics team in building, optimising and productionising new analytical solutions and models Build, maintain and deploy private libraries for scalable solutioning Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards Growing our portfolio of services by developing innovative solutions, tools or dashboards leveraging client data Involvement in identifying trends and innovation in data platforms to inform the future development of solutions for our clients and evolving our data analytics platform Actively adding value by bringing innovation and knowledge into designing and operating solutions as well as sharing knowledge across the team How are you Extraordinary A commercial and analytical mindset with complex problem-solving skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present your ideas with impact to clients and other key stakeholders 3 years of data integration and analytical experience within Workforce, HR and Payroll 3 years of experience with programming python Hands on experience in building and deploying analytical solutions for large scale data use cases within Databricks Extensive and proficient skills in Microsoft Azure (Devops CI/CD pipelines, functions, App services, Containers, SQL server, Databricks) Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Additional Information Please note that applications will close on the 18th of September 2025.
