Why Join? ✔ Work for a reputable, family-owned builder with a strong pipeline of work ✔ Opportunity to take ownership of quality control & maintenance processes ✔ Supportive & experienced leadership team who understand the industry ✔ Competitive salary package with a fully maintained company vehicle The Role As the Maintenance Supervisor , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and longevity of each home , overseeing: ✅ Pre-Handover Quality Assurance Checks – Ensuring homes meet company and client expectations before final handover ✅ Post-Handover Maintenance – Managing warranty and defect works to ensure customer satisfaction ✅ Coordination of Trades & Suppliers – Scheduling and managing maintenance works efficiently ✅ Client Communication – Acting as the key point of contact for homeowners regarding maintenance requests ✅ Use of Onsite Companion – Logging and tracking all maintenance issues for smooth workflow About You ✔ 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with a home builder ✔ A trade background is preferred but other industry-related qualifications are also been considered ✔ Strong knowledge of residential construction & defect management ✔ Experience using Onsite Companion (or similar software) ✔ Excellent problem-solving & communication skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple maintenance requests & trade schedules ✔ Current driver's license (company vehicle provided) Interested?
