Full-Time Maintenance Person – Pittwater RSL Permanent Position | 38 Hours per Week | Flexible Days Pittwater RSL is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team in a full-time permanent role . This position offers flexibility and would ideally suit a mature individual or retiree looking to stay active in a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a friendly team. Please note: this is not a contractor position — we're hiring an in-house team member. About the Role: Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Hours: 38 hours per week Days: Flexible (some weekend work may be required depending on trade/club demands) Location: Pittwater RSL, Northern Beaches Remuneration: Negotiable and flexible, based on experience Key Responsibilities: General maintenance and repairs throughout the club Basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently Ensuring the venue is safe, presentable, and well-maintained Coordinating with external trades where necessary Ideal Candidate: Practical, hands-on experience in a maintenance or trade-related role Honest, dependable, and proactive Works well independently and takes initiative Flexible with hours and available for occasional weekend work Has a mature and responsible attitude What We Offer: Flexible working days Free Concept 42 Gym Membership Discounted meals while on shift Uniform provided Supportive and welcoming team environment Opportunity to work in a respected community club Interested?
