Job Description We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property. About the role: Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required. Provide induction and supervision of external contractors. Implement the preventative maintenance program for the property Maintain daily work records and service schedules Hourly Award Rate: Monday-Friday: $26.70 Saturday: $33.38 Sunday: $40.05 Qualifications Successful applicants will have: Previous hands-on building maintenance experience A passion for delivering exceptional service Strong time management skills An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised Excellent interpersonal and communications Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
