What's on offer: Up to $53 per hour base rate plus penalty rates based on experience 3-day work week offering strong work-life balance Permanent position with long-term stability Rotating roster with applicable shift loadings Exposure to modern, automated equipment Join a supportive and high-performing maintenance team Ongoing training and development opportunities To be successful, you will have: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Fitter in an FMCG environment (food, pharmaceutical or packaging) Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (Certificate III or higher) Strong fault-finding and breakdown response skills Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and automated machinery Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics Commitment to preventative maintenance and safe work practices Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team Additional requirements: Full Australian working rights Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required Own transport
