About Us MTC Recruitment are specialist recruiters within the Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing sectors. Currently, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Maintenance Electricians for opportunities in the greater Sydney metro area. Key Responsibilities Installation, maintenance and repairing electrical systems, plant & equipment Diagnostics of electrical issues, troubleshoot, and perform necessary repairs Interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, wiring, and controls. Working collaboratively with maintenance and production teams Maintain detailed records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and inspections. Following safety related policies and procedures and compliance with company policies Criteria include: Relevant Trade Qualifications - Electrical Fitter Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment such as FMCG, Manufacturing or Rail Solid technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. Experienced with preventive maintenance Experienced with PLC's eg. Allen Bradley / Siemens (An advantage) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
