Machine Operator - Nowra | Ongoing Opportunity We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for an ongoing opportunity with a leading Nowra-based manufacturer specialising in coatings, waterproofing membranes, and resin systems for a range of industries. Location: Nowra, NSW Engagement: Casual ongoing Perks: No rain days Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery in line with company procedures and safety standards Assist in batching, mixing, and packaging processes Perform manual handling tasks and maintain work area cleanliness Maintain strict adherence to WHS protocols Key Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or process-based role (desirable) Forklift licence desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically fit - this is a hands-on, labour-intensive role requiring manual lifting and consistent movement throughout the day Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Why work with us?
