As Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of centres in Perth’s southern suburbs, support tenants, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, varied role that suits someone who’s confident managing relationships, juggling competing priorities, and thinking one step ahead. You'll also contribute to the planning and delivery of a new development within the portfolio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your strong organisational skills and relationship-building ability will be key to your success. What you’ll be doing: Assist with the daily management of 3 centres and a nearby development Support tenants and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Support lease administration and manage tenant arrears in line with company processes Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and key performance analysis What you’ll bring: Experience in retail/commercial property, or facilities management Strong communication and organisational skills A confident and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships Experience managing lease documentation and arrears processes with accuracy and efficiency If you’re ready to grow your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
