Your opportunity As a valued Lifestyle Carer at our Marcus Loane House, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for our residents. With kindness and creativity, you will: Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents and families What you’ll bring You are a warm, empathetic and creative individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You share our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence. To thrive in this role, you will need: Certificate I V in Leisure and Health, or Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational activities Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (preferred) NDIS Worker Screening Check (required) You will also have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse needs and preferences Why Anglicare Sydney?
