Learning Leader (Multiple Opportunities) Marcellin College, a leading Catholic boy's school, presents several opportunities to lead across various Learning Departments as a Learning Leader, commencing Term 1, 2026. These vacancies are in the following disciplines: Learning Leader - Humanities Learning Leader - Languages Learning Leader - English Learning Leader - Design Technology Learning Leader - The Arts Learning Leader - Science Learning Leader - Religious Education Key Success Factors In this role you will drive a collaborative culture of quality learning, student and staff growth and academic excellence, aligned with the College’s Catholic ethos, Marist Spirituality, Victorian Curriculum and Vision for Learning. This role works closely with the Learning and Teaching Team and relevant staff to ensure the development and implementation of a holistic learning and teaching program that is reflective of innovative practices. You will be someone who is able to model excellent teaching practices while building the capabilities of our learners through evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning. You will be expected to support the vision of the College as a learning community and to be involved in professional development and ongoing learning.
