Base pay range A$180,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Lead a strategic portfolio of internal products across infrastructure & Ops Influence digital transformation and agile ways of working at scale Technical domain knowledge required in Infra / Networks. We’re working with a major Australian institutio n at the forefront of national infrastructure and innovation. With a renewed focus on agility, internal transformation, and service excellence, they are seeking a Lead Technical Product Owne r to help scale digital delivery and drive strategic product outcomes across multiple streams of work In this high-impact role, you will act as th e voice of the internal custom er, guiding delivery teams and partnering with senior stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet evolving business, operational, and technology requirements. You’ll be responsible for owning and prioritising backlogs across several critical products or systems, with a focus on infrastructure/Network, service management, and enterprise platform Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and shape the product vision across infrastructure and enterprise IT programs Own and manage multiple product backlogs aligned to roadmap priorities and stakeholder outcomes Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvement across Agile delivery teams Act as a bridge between technology and business teams, translating needs into deliverable requirements Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure delivery is aligned to SLA, compliance, and operational standards Mentor and guide Product Owners and cross-functional teams to scale Agile practices and uplift capability Your Background Significant experience in enterprise-scale product ownership or delivery leadership roles Proven track record managing multiple products in Agile environments Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, storage, remote acc ess) Solid experience w ith IT Service Management (IT IL), performance metrics, and SLAs Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology groups Experience leading teams or mentoring in matrixed or non-reporting line environments Relevant qualifications (e.g. CSPO, CSM, SAFe PO/PM, ITIL) and a passion for continuous learning Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Product Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Fyndr Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Product Owner” roles.
