Overview Role – SAP ABAP Fiori Consultant Location: Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD 129311 - 142018 (Annual Gross) Please Note: The above salary range is indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes. Job Summary As an SAP ABAP Technical and Full Stack SAP Fiori Consultant, your role is to engage in complex assignments related to business consulting and problem definition. You will review the effort and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. Roles And Responsibilities Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience on multiple SAP projects and have a thorough understanding and experience with ABAP workbench environment (Including ABAP Objects and data dictionary) & SAP Fiori/UI5 applications. Broad range of development capabilities, covering BADI’s and User exits, Dialog programs, Reports, ABAP-HR, SAP Workflows, Smart forms, ALE, EDI and RFC Interface handling, LSMW and Function modules, ABAP Odata services, SAP Fiori Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service applications Build the application/ process solution in line with the design documents; Creating Models, Views and Controllers in SAP Fiori/UI5 and calling OData Models to fetch the required data. Develop SAP Ui5 and Fiori Standard Apps with customizations to be in line with the customer requirements. To facilitate the implementation and support of SAP ABAP & Fiori applications to enhance the client’s business. Ability to work across multiple teams within the IT organization. Must be able to affectively work with Key management and stakeholders and be able to clearly communicate project status updates. Ensure that all SAP related development follow standards for SAP development and complies with procedures and policies including audit and validation requirements. Document and update the existing SAP environment and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment. Understand and assess the business customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solution. Should be able to design and develop customer requirements into Functional and technical specifications and knowledge in Data Migration/ETL techniques. Provide guidance on test plan as to how to test SAP functionality for the required Business processes and ensure that all scenarios are covered. Essential Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team. Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Preferred Desired experience on SAP ABAP (including HR-ABAP) in SAP ECC environment with SAP workflow & end to end SAP Fiori/UI5 App. development. Should possess good Performance tuning & trouble shooting skills. Application related programming experience in ECC must cover SAP HR & FI modules. Must have exposure on workflows, business objects, background job processes. Knowledge on REST APIs & Web Applications and conceptual knowledge on AU & NZ payroll process in SAP-HR from technical standpoint. Webdynpro & Java Script coding skillset is an added advantage. Strong analysis and design skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
