All Partners are leaders in their respective areas About the role: Liaising and advising high profile clients , investment banks, private equity funds/corporations and other Australian & International financial institutions. Broad exposure across high-value corporate transactions to complex restructuring projects, inc. real estate finance, acquisition, project finance and corporate finance. The ideal candidate: Lawyer with at least 2-5 PQE and strong banking & finance experience. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
