This is a hands-on role supporting our chefs and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service, with opportunities to assist in basic cooking and food preparation. Key Responsibilities Assist with basic cooking tasks Wash, clean, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas Receive and store deliveries correctly Empty rubbish bins and maintain waste disposal areas Assist with other kitchen tasks as required during service About You Previous kitchen experience preferred (basic cooking skills an advantage) Passion for food and interest in Thai cuisine Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a team player attitude Ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene standards Availability to work evenings and weekends Why Join Us Supportive, family-like work environment On-the-job training in Thai Fusion cooking Staff discounts on meals
