To achieve our vision, we’re seeking a B2B Key Account Manager to lead and strengthen relationships with key business clients, driving sales performance and maximising long-term customer value. Your focus will be on understanding clients’ needs, offering strategic solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll drive client loyalty, strengthen long-term partnerships, and help our clients grow their business while boosting Temple & Webster’s revenue. What we’re looking for The main responsibilities of this role include: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow revenue for key and strategic B2B accounts with a focus on Holiday Accommodation, Retirement Living and other strategic sectors Build deep understanding of each customer’s business goals and challenges to deliver meaningful solutions and drive revenue growth Manage and nurture relationships face-to-face, over the phone, and via video conference to guarantee satisfaction and retention Implement customer success plans and proactively encourage clients to transact online, including the creation of tailored product guides and packages Support clients with large and complex orders, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution Leverage data on revenue, retention, conversion, and AOV to inform your account management approach and improve results Maintain accurate sales data and forecasting in Salesforce and ensure all client interactions are well documented Regularly assess and report on customer health, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and process improvement Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate with local and offshore teams to deliver winning solutions and exceptional service What you already have Relevant industry experience is highly regarded Demonstrable experience in Key Account Management or similar B2B sales roles, ideally in commercial furniture or a related industry A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), MS Office, and/or G-Suite Comfort with sales metrics and a data-driven approach to client success Excellent verbal and written communication, and a solutions-focused, customer-first mindset Additional benefits Generous employee discounts across our entire range Flexible working arrangements Paid leave on your birthday Paid parental leave Catered lunch 3 days a week Subsidised coffee with our very own in-house barista Free mindfulness practice daily Regular celebrations and team socials Opportunities to volunteer with our charity partner View our current vacancies See what we get up to on our LinkedIn Life Page Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Sales and Project Management Industries Retail, Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing, and Retail Furniture and Home Furnishings Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Temple & Webster by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Key Account Manager” roles.
