About Us Corrections Victoria's Post Sentence Branch (formally Sex Offender Management Branch) was established in 2006 in order to provide a coordinated and integrated approach to the management of post-sentence sexual offenders across both prison services and community corrections. Within the operational area, Corella Place is a Transitional Accommodation Facility that is staffed 24/7 to enhance the protection of the community by providing accommodation for sex offenders when suitable accommodation elsewhere in the community is not available. Corella Place operates at three sites, two at Warrak Rd, Ararat and a third at Langi Kal Kal Rd Trawalla. About the Role Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Justice Officer Human Resources provides a range of corporate support services for the two locations. Some of your duties with include: Manage and maintain scheduling for resident outings and court requirements. Monitor and maintain staff rosters daily, adjusting to accommodate changes such as leave requests and unplanned absences Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder enquiries. About You As our ideal candidate, you will have: Knowledge and experience in rostering, human resource services and/ or payroll processing Proficiency with Excel, and other data and information systems Ability to resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines Experience with an integrated personnel / payroll system and the ability to enter, modify and extract data accurately.
