To fuel our growth we need an energetic Junior Representative to join our booking team and keep our pipeline pumping. Your core responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads daily. Qualify prospects against clear criteria and schedule Discovery Sessions for our Closers. Run multi-channel follow-up (phone, SMS, email) to maximise attendance. Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and flag lead-quality insights. Join daily sales huddles, weekly team meetings and ongoing role-plays. Our culture & values We never make assumptions - we ask more questions.
