Toowoomba Hospital is seeking a General Medicine specialist for the following dates. Candidate must have specialist registration with AHPRA. START: Monday 25 August 2025 (0800) FINISH: Friday 12 September 2025 (1630 or 1830 for surgery/anaes) with possibility of extension The daily rate will be as per B45 Policy – up to $2303.70/day Role will include – example inpatients and outpatients; echo reporting; stress echo skills would be preferable. There is registrar support. Roster Roster will be provided to successful candidate. Oncall is required/not required (ie 1in 3 weekends etc) Documents required for potential candidates: Please supply by return email the following to progress your candidate for consideration: Locum medical officers confirmed dates of availability Current signed and dated CV. Copy of current AHPRA registration Two references – no more than 12 months old and at least one from a current position Certified copies of Drivers Licence and passport Accommodation Toowoomba Hospital will provide self-contained accommodation during the period of this locum. Further accommodation details will be provided to the successful candidate Travel Return economy travel to and from Toowoomba is provided. If locum is driving their own vehicle, mileage can be claimed for the return trip at 37.5 c/km.
