What's the role? We are Roller, News Corp’s in-house creative advertising agency. We think big, move at pace and at scale to bring bold ideas to life across some of Australia’s most iconic brands. We’re looking for a Junior Designer with art direction instincts, someone who can bring ideas to life visually, think conceptually, and cares deeply about the craft. Responsibilities Develop and execute high-quality design solutions that are visually consistent across print, digital, social, and brand campaigns Contribute to creative concept development and brainstorming sessions Translate briefs into visually compelling, on-brand designs Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Creative Leads, account service, and studio managers to deliver cohesive, effective work Prepare design assets, layouts, and production-ready artwork to meet project deadlines Support the broader creative team with art direction and visual development as required Who are you? Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house creative studio. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craftsmanship, conceptual thinking, and innovative execution across multiple media channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd) and a solid understanding of digital design tools and emerging technologies, Figma is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. A strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, design trends, and digital innovation. Enjoy collaborating within a focused, creative team driven to deliver award winning work Completion of AWARD School or a comparable creative program is a bonus.
