Client Details Our client, a leading global financial institution, is currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to their team. Description The key responsibilities will be: Deliver administrative and operational assistance across various team functions Support the preparation of documentation, including loan agreements and credit applications Handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Assist with account opening procedures and KYC processes Support the preparation and submission of reports to the head office. Translate and summarise documents between Japanese and English Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international business travel Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication Oversee subscriptions and memberships Perform other ad-hoc duties as required Profile In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths: Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills Strong communications skills A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail Fluent in Japanese speaking, writing and reading & fluent in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office Job Offer Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
