Inventory Process & Systems Analyst Palms Off Gaming – Melbourne Palms Off Gaming is Australia’s fastest-growing TCG accessories company, designing and distributing premium TCG binders, sleeves, and storage solutions. With new exciting partnerships forming, we’re scaling our operations and need a dedicated Inventory Process & Systems Analyst to take ownership of our inventory planning and systems. The Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst with a minimum of 4-7 years experience to join our core team in Thomastown, Victoria on a 6-12 month contract, with the potential of permanent full-time. You must be able to forecast current and projected demand, and work closely with management and the core team to achieve scale and consistency. You will be required to develop reports and processes to communicate internally and collaborate across departments for future developments. Key Responsibilities Optimise our use of current inventory forecasting software to its full potential. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on procurement activities, stock levels, supply chain and other metrics. Prepare and present reports to the core team, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and strategising for our continued growth. Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, and cash conversion cycle. Assist in the implementation of new or complimentary systems to enhance the current stack of tech. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for visibility and decision-making. Manage and improve inventory data integrity across systems. Lead process improvement initiatives across supply chain and inventory workflows. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and leadership. About You We’re looking for a confident systems thinker who can balance detail with strategy. You’ll bring: 4–7 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations analysis. Proven track record of process improvement in a scaling business. Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and inventory management software (Inventory Planner by Sage highly valued). Experience supporting retail or wholesale distribution (FMCG, consumer goods, or TCG preferred). Excellent communication skills, able to work across departments and present insights clearly. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, not just identifying issues, but building solutions. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management. Proven experience in operational reporting, supply chain activities, including inventory management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and the M365 Suite, and inventory management software. A self-starter who can work independently when needed, and a problem solver. Knowledge of industry best practices in operational reporting and procurement. Why Join Us?
