The Role - Internal Sales/CSR - Print and Packaging We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Print NSW team. The core responsibility is to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication and service delivery in all areas from quotations through to job invoicing. Overall we need the CX to be one that ensures clients enjoy working with our company.May also suit a candidate looking for a career path into internal sales & account management roles. Your main responsibilities will be Client liaison – all client enquiries managed in a proactive and professional mannerAccount Management liaison – working collaboratively with assigned AM’s managing internal workflows on their behalfResponse times – ensuring all matters are attended to within agreed timelinesProactive and effective issue resolutionClear and concise communication on all matters to ensure client satisfactionReviewing briefs from clients before passing over to estimatingRaising job ticketsManaging WIP’s in consultation with productionInvoicing Ideally, you are Customer focussed with a will-do attitudeSelf-motivated, well presented, disciplined and methodicalKnowledgeable about print production methods and requirementsDetail orientatedUsed to working at a fast pace where everything is “important” and can prioritise effectivelySomeone that follows through, takes ownership as neededPerceptive and aware how your engagement can influence opportunities or impacts on customersPersonable, relaxed, confident and influential If this sounds like an opportunity you wish to apply for, please send through your cover letter and resume via the below links - Applications close 25th July
