Benefits Career development opportunity Supportive and collaborative family team environment Industry and product training Vehicle Competitive hourly rate $45 to $50 with penalties About the Role You will be working in the field servicing, troubleshooting, installing and maintaining pumps such as, but not limited to, submersible, multistage, booster pumps, irrigation and water filtration systems. As required you will also work in the workshop troubleshooting and rebuilding pumps and work on various medium to large irrigation system installations. Depending on your background and skills, you may be also required to coordinate and supervise staff during projects. Key Responsibilities Service & repair a variety of sports turf & commercial pump irrigation systems Troubleshoot system issues in the field or workshop Work autonomously as a service tech or as team leader during project installations Melbourne metro-based work with the potential of occasional regional work Skills and Qualifications Qualifications in either plumbing, mechanical or electrical installation 3 to 5 year’s installation experience with pumps & irrigation systems Sound troubleshooting & investigative skills An understanding of interpreting layouts and designs Have sound verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt and coordinate your daily workload Have a supportive and customer service focused approach Culture This organisation fosters a friendly, practical and inclusive culture where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.
